If he was organically popular I could tolerate it more easily, but the fact that he is so clearly artificially boosted is what makes him so intolerable. If he was just competing on a level playing field, his opponents didn't instantly get banned and he didn't get weekly puff pieces then I would just find him repulsive but wouldn't want him silenced. The same way I feel about the rest of Breadtube, Demonmama and Vaush and Noah Samsen are all scumbags of the highest caliber, but they deserve to have free speech just like anyone else.

I don't know why so many progressive powerbrokers are putting all their eggs in the Hasan basket, but he is unquestionably hurting the cause, people don't like him and every time they try to push him as the future of the progressive movement it causes backlash. For every 1 fan he has, he alienates 10 normal people... and frankly, the Hasan fans have negative value.

Isn’t it interesting. Back before pre-Musk twitter, getting a magnifying glass put on you by the likes of the ADL generally meant you were soon to be banned off of literally every social media and content platform.

Can Twitch and YouTube justify themselves in not banning Hasan when they have perma banned other right wing grifters for less? (This is a rhetorical question, everyone already knows the answer)
 
If there can be some sort of link made to the guy who murdered the Israelis to Hasan (even as a viewer), I think Twitch is going to have an incredibly fun time explaining why they permitted an extremist who supports terrorists who want to kill Jews to not only remain on the platform, but appear to actively defend and promote said extremist.

That said, Twitch deserves to be set on fire, but I have zero reason to expect anything to happen. Hasan has institutional protection until he doesn't, and I don't expect Twitch to throw him into the woodchipper yet.

Uh-oh. I wonder how Twitch is going to react to this? I'm hoping for a stream where Hasan is forced to say Jews are great. If they force him to suck off Ethan Klein as reparations that will be even better.
 
I'm frankly outraged they would say something like that. Speech is very important and their positions as news anchors holds weight.
Hasan isn't a gamer. Have you seen him play Marvel Rivals? Thats the only game I actually saw him play and it was stinky. At least the zonked brain Destiny knows how to play Starcraft. Asmongold can play games as the mold eats his brain. What game does Hasan even like? I think the ADL should partner with the CIA, FBI & the FFA to find out the truth behind Hasan's gamer cred.
