The order mentioned possible additional sanctions if Shitlips didn't pay. He thinks paying the $775-ish means that no further sanctions will be awarded for all his other bullshit.

He figured if he ruled on it faster it would create less of a mess.

What a great idea, FIVE YEARS AND OVER THREE HUNDRED DOCKET ENTRIES TOO LATE, THANK YOU JUDGE.

"Once you pay all my attorney's fees for your bullshit, yes, I will be."

And remember, there are more sanctions forthcoming, one new set having just been served upon him. Whee!

This certainly fits Greer's way of "thinking". I paid the filing fee, so they can't complain about my previous IFP lies. If I pay the sanctions then all the other sanctions are moot.

Luckily I just bought a new jar of popcorn.

Josh might be a positive polly, but Kiwi Farms, a website, demands more suffering.

I do not consent to letting Russ off the hook so easily.

Joke stealer.

Russ sent an email in re: order to pay fee, along the lines of "Well, you got what you wanted - I only make $14 an hour but I'll pay. Are you happy?"
He sued you to make you stop slandering his good name so whores would stop refusing to suck him his penis violating his copyright, and now look what happened. Your unethical supposed lawyer has twisted his words around, causing the justice system to turn on him, and how he has to pay money he can't afford to his tormentor.

You're a mean one, Mr. Moon.

Lmfao how could he think you are happy when you still have to deal with this bullshit suit?
Though Josh will probably not ever see a dime of it, he might be slighly less unhappy if Hardin successfully convinced the court that a shifting of fees and costs to Russ was acceptable in light of Russ's clearly demonstrated and openly declared malicious malfeasance.

Hardin isn't locked in here with Russ—Russ is locked in here with Hardin. Russ started it, he poked the bear, but he can’t dismiss the suit himself unilaterally unless it’s on “terms the court considers proper.” So Hardin should do everything he can to mount the most vigorous case possible for getting his fees and costs.

Gotta love those docket entries in red letters.
You can feel the judges incandescent anger radiating off them. Russ has run the court out of patience for the poor little retard.

Also love too see how the judge has given Russ until the 9th to pay the 1,000 dollars. Given that Hardin has told the court he intends to file for sanctions on the 10th.

Squeal like a pig shit lips. You should have just taken the L 5 years ago when this mess was first kicked out of court. It's all over but for the screaming now Greer, and it is delightful.

Why would he admit how much money he makes? That helps prove that he can afford court costs lol.
Schrodinger's Tard is simultaneously broke, making $14 an hour, has enough money to pay sanctions, and also has the ability to purchase property for his brothel.

The real answer? He keeps killing hookers and stealing their cash like in Grand Theft Auto. For the purposes of litigation, this is satire.

Investors are providing the funding for the brothel properties, you silly billy. Russell is the brains of the operation, not the money.

He would do well to recall the words of a certain Hon. Jared C. Bennett:

The thing is, though, is when we are pursuing legal action, we have to do it according to law... when you make representations to the Court, they have to be correct. They have to have an arguable basis, and they have to be based in some sort of a past research, a past investigation, that was reasonable under the circumstances.

A habitual liar who can't research anything beyond a basic Google search shouldn't be jumping into a venue based entirely around telling the truth and doing hardcore research.
