He made materially false representations to the court. Lying shouldn’t get mooted until you either correct yourself (like he did when saying he was in error for saying Hardin was affiliated with KF instead of just its legal representation) or get punished for it.

Specifically he mentioned that he is now "finding out quite a bit about Mr Greer" and that he was lied to by Greer, though he used the following phrase to describe it: "different opinion on the subject of our dealings.

We're really getting into strange independent film territory with this. I can see it now. Scene opens in the middle of the desert and tumbleweed rolls by, camera zooms into Greer furiously typing on his phone. Some kind of orchestra music for background noise that hits the final note as Greer dramatically presses 'Send'. Scene changes to Harden who just reads the highlights out loud while looking confused.

Hang on there, from what little U_M is able to share at this time, it does seem that Huber had some interactions with Greer that may have meant a relationship of sorts was in the embryonic stages. A "different opinion on the subject of our dealings" does mean dealings of some sort, albeit almost certainly not to the extent Dipshitforlips was intentionally deceiving the City Council and the NV Department of State about.
