Nick really seems to see himself as in the clear, even with the Sword of Damocles that is jail time hanging over his head, he seems to think so long as he doesn't test positive he can un-repentantly boast and joke about anything he wants. In his endless quest for attention to fuel his already inflated ego he seems to find himself admitting to increasingly heinous actions. I wouldn't be surprised if someday he's (totally not) high/drunk, dropping some kind of revelation like intentionally leaving it out to harm Aaron.

Nick seems obsessed with casting this narrative that he is the victim of a frame job by Aaron, but I'm starting to suspect that's projection and that Nick instead left the coke bullet out to frame Aaron, or possibly worse even, to directly harm Aaron's young child.

As much as I think it's probable that it's some kind of word game for fun. This seems too outrageous and blatant, I believe he's running from something. I believe there's a chance that one of his kids has been exposed to alcohol, or has been in the past, and this is an attempt to get out ahead of the controversy. He's shown himself to be an blatant liar and manipulator who lied about exposing Aaron's kid to cocaine, it's within his pattern of behavior to have exposed his child to alcohol, and then lie about it.

- He was paying her over "well north of " $50K/yr
- Extra "expenses" were $30K. He later clarifies that these were GROCERIES AND FOOD FOR THE KIDS.
- She called Kayla from the master bedroom around 9AM, clearly intoxicated, when Nick and Kayla were at a convention, and she was watching the kids.
- "My daughter's telling me all these stories and I'm horrified."
- Whined about being "abandoned" by her during a "stressful" period.
- She never had any knowledge of the drug use. "What she did is what she did," and what he did was separate.
- He has no interest in "retraumatizing" his daughter by filing charges.
- He has made her new employers aware.
- He can't afford a $90K nanny now.

Calling it now: When the bodycam comes out, Nick will claim the nanny was also the housekeeper and the only reason the house is in complete squalor is that she left them high and dry.

Also, recovery requires being in a program of recovery. Nick is just a dry drunk who is also abusing nitrous so, not even clean and sober and not in recovery.

So the alcohol that the kid drank was "a sip of whiteclaw or something like that..."
Knowing this, what crime has the nanny actually committed :
a) The kid drank a sip of beer before the nanny caught her and nanny swept the incident under the rug.
b) The kid drank the beer without the nanny knowing, but later claimed in front of Nick that she knew—to avoid getting in trouble with him.
c)The nanny played a prank and gave the kid a drink which she claimed has alcohol(as the kid did not have experience with low proof beer, it worked)
d) Some mitigating detail that he's still holding onto so he can goon, while dragging the nanny's name through the mud.
