One of my gripes with Synth is that because of his zoomer attention span, he has avoided playing/reviewing games, that would clearly benefit his channel.

i might be in the minority here, but i don't think the issue is really his takes in his normal videos, those are fairly agreeable for the most part if not kind of basic. the main problem is his streams and the fact that he's a low impulse control degenerate who comes off as a retard when doing anything other than dunking on woke shit.

The funny part is that he fumbles on the second part too. I've been going back through some of that stream I linked and he doesn't even properly use "Mary Sue" when describing one of the characters. I'm pretty sure hes just retarded, going after woke shit is the easiest thing on the planet and you could probably train chimps to do a better job than Coby.

Nope, I agree that the biggest problem with the current OP is aiming at his video game opinions. It will be a point of contention and divert discussion away from Synth's retardation. If you wanna talk about his reviews focus on him having little attention span and him being unable to do them on time, him crying about "having to play modern slop" to keep the channel alive, etc.

This review isn't too bad. TDA is a very mixed game with major problems, Synth is obviously much better at criticising games with large problems or just bad games then good games which he makes major problems with in his reviews (just look at his doom eternal reviews where most of his problems comes from the fact that he isn't good at it and refuses to play the game properly).
That being said there is some problems in the review.
He complains that the game uses the same enemy's as others in the same franchise, like it isn't a doom game. It's as if he complained that dark souls 1 and 3 shares a lot of enemies, of course it does its apart of the same franchise but they feel different to fight as the enemies are designed differently and its has a different combat system just like TDA.
He also complains that you can kill the grunt enemies very easily when the game is basically designed to be dynasty warriors as a fps. And one of his criticisms was that the game had a larger focus on melee combat when it was specifically advertised like that.
His most odd criticism would be on the optional difficulty sliders. He argues that it's proof that the devs are lazy (even though they still have prebuilt difficulty options) and that it somehow appeals to casuals.
Personally I found the sliders a good change, it let me fine tune my experience playing the game, for example I found the parry timing too forgiving and the sliders let me reduce the window for parrying. The sliders can also act as a way to make future playthroughs more unique by messing with the game speed etc.
Him arguing that its just made for casuals is pretty retarded as casuals could just pick the easy difficulty instead of messing with the sliders.
He also praises the empty ""battlefield"" levels and says it is better then eternals arenas which is just
.I watched bits of his streams while he was playing it, and in it he had some dsp tier moments. One example would be him trying to purely focus on one enemy which resulted in the other enemies attacking him which he ignored and resulted in his death which he complained that it was cheap. Another would be him missing a parry and yelling parry slop over and over.
Oh and these rants are often followed by him saying "I played the souls games guys" like that makes him qualified to criticise other games difficulties.

All you need to do is offer basic practical advice about being the least bit functional and he will chimp the fuck out.
