Yeah Buck sorry, you do actually pass and the reason you don’t give a shit is because you get to ignore the rules and nobody actually cares or notices. It’s really surprising to me that even conservatives are not willing to acknowledge this. Maybe because they aren’t willing to admit that they get to flaunt the rules now.
I don't think that passing trannies SHOULD be allowed to break the rules WRT toilets.
I expect they WILL flout the rules.
And if they really do 100% pass, then it's no harm no foul – unless they DO get up to creepy shit, in which their very wrong-sexed presence in that bathroom MUST count as evidence against them.
This is all about the non-passing majority of male troons, though; either they creep on the women or they avoid laughter from the men.
Toilets are the thin end of the wedge. If a man, with a male toddler who's about to shit himself, finds the ladies' toilet is much much closer... There's a good chance he'd be allowed in, sure, but I'd understand if not. It is a women only space. Women have been convinced to allow any man in a frock to use their bathrooms because "he's trying to pass". Make an exception? No!
Troons have leveraged this modicum of good will to be proof that they are women for any and every situation, up to and including male rapists in women's prisons.
Women should put their foot down on the issue of toilets; a talking point from 2015. Give trannies an inch and they will take a mile. The rule must be that males are prohibited from female only spaces.
Some will sneak under the radar, but the rule must stand. By default, no dicks in the women's room. If you're brave enough to be a man in a skirt in public, you should be brave enough to use a fucking urinal.
TLDR: There won't ever be genital inspections. Some troons will slip through the net, true.
If any allegations of sexual misconduct occur, being a troon should be evidence of guilt.
However, women should feel entitled to tell an obvious troon to fuck off.
