I've done my best to limit posting in this thread because a) I am no lawfag and b) I do not respect the judicial process. This case exemplifies why I don't. I understand the pleasantries and playing the game, giving someone enough rope to hang himself, etc. At some point someone needs to put their foot down.

I feel similar. I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on the internet. So,, I've tempered some of my curiosities so i don't run afoul of the "Don't help RG," directive while the case is ongoing. If I'm still alive when it's resolved, I'll be curious to see which of my curiosities proved true.

Banks do for sure. I can't speak for credit unions. Still, notaries are easy enough to find if one is needed. This further demonstrates how RG is lazy and unmotivated to do the heavy work when the time comes to stop procrastinating and actually do something/anything.

That seems very reasonable, outline why he definitely still has to do it but extend the grace to give him time to actually get it done, even though he’d already had the time.

Reading between the lines, I believe Hardin is diplomatically telling the court, "I'm willing to give RG a little more time," with the implication that he won't be quite so understanding if RG squanders this extension and has no document in hand before the extended deadline.

Looks like he paid a minimum of $425 to incorporate.

LLC formation and annual update fees are high in Nevada compared to other states - possibly because Nevada has no state income tax and instead earns its revenue through higher fees for state services. That said, Russ has a hard time credibly claiming he can't afford to pay court fees if he has $400-plus dollars to form and maintain an LLC.

*A bit of an off-topic anecdote, but as a kid I grew up watching this show with my parents, so that's why I became an EMT... Now it's laughably bad, almost infuriatingly bad at times, and I can't watch it anymore.

I'd recommend watching Emergency! - the OG of paramedic shows - if it's available on a digital subchannel near you, even if it may seem a bit dated from originally airing back in the 70s.

Guy owns multiple properties, works for a somewhat sketchy real estate company (in the grifting way not the fly by night scam way), and has a blonde bimbo on his arm. That adds up to either money or lots of debt (or both) and the wife definitely looks like a "buy her expensive things and I get an arm trophy to boink".

Granted a lot of this is speculation but given wasn't it nevada or was it Utah forbidding silent partners in brothels? If he's involved he may have had to put his initials on that LLC and hope that we wouldn't connect the dots.
