White people are raised for the scarce and collaborative environment of Europe. Collaborate or die, simple as.

This led to a situation where we were calibrated to only complain or demand when something is REALLY bad. As a result, that led us to assume "if this person is complaining, that means there's a huge problem."

The modern world has fucked this up for everyone, but other races are programmed to bitch and moan as much as possible. In white people's mind, they wouldn't be complaining if there wasn't something really wrong. But in truth they just see it as a way to get gibs.

I am in university right now and I promise you that isn't even in the top ten dumbest things I've heard academics spout. If you have their class you have to take them completely seriously too. Someone please fucking help me, I can't take another few years of this.
