Because you'll see the same shit happen, over and over again. The same kind of shitty people will continue to abuse that system, and they will rub your face in it, but only subtly. Just enough for you to pick up on, even if the midwits don't notice or care.

Because you can't legislate human nature away. And yet that has become the goal of government. But, like I said, I'm pretty jaded, and I honestly hope that candle continues to burn bright for you. And I hope the system can be restored to purity, I really do. I'm simply resigned to the fact that it wont. Because there are far more people who don't care and don't want to know. The government knows who the kids are because they're all enrolled in school and they're all given school laptops.
Here's the simple solution: make the ID requirement... but only for kids.
If you want to access a computer as a kid, you need to use your student ID or school issued device.
Patents with school-age children can set it up as a authentication cerificicate required to log into Windows or use a phone, with a 2-factor authentication override for the parents so only the children need the ID.
When a student logs in using their cerificate, they only have access to a "sandbox" internet
and can only interact and see posts or websites created by those who are in a similar grade as them (unless otherwise approved). So little Tommy can't join a Discord where he'll get groomed, since from his perspective it would only ever have people around his own age.
Filters are implemented client-side, and learning about / setting up parental controls has one parent-teacher night per school year dedicated to setting this up and updating it for the school year.

I am pushing 40. I'm not young. I used to be a lot more jaded as a young man, but then I realized that all the doomer shit was like sucking down a bottle to drown away my sorrows (I did that, too). Trump winning in 2024 is all the evidence I need that the system is working as intended.

This is a retarded thing that already exists. Example would be PayPal can and will revoke your account and all funds on it if an invoice or account suggests it might be for "adult" "services", whether its a joke bag of dicks you send to someone or hardcore furry porn etc.

They use the same logic for how they have de-banked Null and the Farms. Its considered high risk or whatever and they just write it off that they are legally not forced to allow you to exchange money.

Assuming it is for a legal service/commodity there should be no reason a bank or service provider should be able to stop you from giving someone else money.

The exceptions do not allow Native Americans to just go pluck feathers. The obtain them through the US government’s National Eagle Repository in the US fish and Wildlife Service. They receive dead eagles and distribute the feathers. They aren’t endangered any more.

As for peyote, the tribes obtain it in sustainable ways. The big threats to peyote are habitat loss, illegal poaching, and destruction by feral pigs. Habitat loss is the most significant of the three.
