Theres not really a ideal middle ground because someone or some group is gonna find a reason to mock him or be upset with him. If jannies had more ability to ban premptively before he sees a message then things might be a bit better but thats normally not the case as far as I know.

I think the best way to go about it is either ignore it or if people do need to be timed out, give a reason. Sythn's audience knows he has to walk on eggshells so they won't be that upset if they get timed out for a specific reason. Also don't be too much of a beta orbiter.

Working with Kische could be beneficial since she's a but more mainstream than Synth and could allow him to either grow or just reach more people. He may not want the target on his back, but it's worth it if he does want to grow. It would be better Synth on Side Scrollers than Razorfelt (a man so irrelevant even the fat Canadian can't be bothered by you).
