I think it's his 1st ex-wife Ashley threatening him with full custody if he didn't straighten the fuck out.

Sometime in early January on his show, Aaron was 'celebrating' that Ashley's HRO against him had expired, but the one against April was for another 2 years; Aaron then theorized that Ashley slapping April with the longer HRO was a 4D chess move to get April away from their kids because, among other things, April allegedly drove them in an impaired state during the early polycule/coke phase. Aaron, in a moment of ret-con reasoning, then made it appear like his hand was forced and he HAD to divorce her if he were ever to maintain that shared custody.

Legal question but where does his PO draw the line? Obviously failing a drug test is insta-jail but is there anything they can do about this other retarded brain-rotting shit? I mean, we all see Nick is going down the path of another massive fuck up so one would assume that a PO would see this too. Is there anything he could do to, I don't know, tell Nick to knock it off?

I'm guessing no, but what do I know. I've never had a PO.
 
Oh God its happening again, not only is Nick falling apart due to drug abuse he is neglecting his kids again. What the fuck is Nick's PO doing he is clearly high and spiralling! Why the hell has he not been sent back to jail? He will NEVER get better.

I don't think they included that provision, but you are correct it's a red flag. She's a known drug user, even if she avoided conviction.

That's why I think he freaked the fuck out and shower called Null. It's been suggested he's not just using her for sex, but also for drug acquisition and storage.

Nothing in his probation demands this and April was not convicted of anything either.
Since she was not part of the CHIPS case she also did not have any mandatory drug assessments or piss tests.

April could have been doing coke this entire time. So if I was the PO, hanging out with her would be a big red flag.
But hey, Nick discussed doing coke with Melton when he visits Vegas on Twitter, and he still got the court's approval to travel anyway.
