Yeah it was, but tbh I don't really want him to be driving the kids around, for their sake. So I'll give him a pass on this one.
 
Nick throws his wife under the bus constantly. His family is most useful to him as a shield from taking any accountability.
- it's HER destroyed body that ruined his cockfuntime (yet he kept fucking kids into her)
- it was HER idea to swing (per faran)
- SHE cheated first (on a star trek app)
- SHE gave him a bloody nose (not the cocaine he and his daughter tested hot for)
- SHE can't or won't drive any kids anywhere AND she signed them up for everything
- she's the reason he's up at 4am being a retard on the internet

I'm sure this list isn't even covering the tip of the iceberg. He does it just as often with his children (trying to get out of traffic tickets, running late, having to exit stream, lying about being starving to concerned adults, not washing themselves or doing all the laundry and housekeeping after he chased the hired help off, etc).

  • Tuesday 11:56pm: Nick Rekieta said he wasn't doing night shows because he was "hanging with the lady".
  • Wednesday 3:23am: Final message from Nick Rekieta in Patrick Melton's chat.
  • Wednesday 3:40am: Patrick Melton's stream ends.
  • Wednesday 3:54am: Rekieta replies (archive link) to a tweet on Twitter about the anniversary of his arrest:

  • Wednesday 4:00am: The next morning, Nick Rekieta claims Kayla Rekieta woke him up at this time to make her ramen.

  • Wednesday 4:14am: Rekieta was in the comment section of a Stallyn19 YouTube clip of Aaron Imholte to call him a bad interviewer. Approximate time based on looking at @daffodils' post.
  • Wednesday 8:26am: Rekieta blames Kayla Rekieta for his stream's late start.
Conclusion: Nick Rekieta is lying again.
He was in the chat within the last 20 minutes of Melton's stream, and then only had 6 minutes after his last tweet shortly after Melton's stream ended to go to sleep in order to be awakened by Kayla to make ramen at 4am. He didn't want to say that he was watching Melton and seething about Aaron, even though he did it publicly.

EDIT: I was alerted to the fact that Rekieta tweeted at 3:53am.

The only thing Nick needs to do to comply with his probation is inform his PO if his employment has changed and permit searches of his workplace, which he already has to do because it's in his residence.

I guess its a good thing that there isn't another residence nearby occupied by someone else he's close to that he might have access to on a regular basis that certain things could be stored at.

For what it is worth and I said it before, Nick's community service requirement is nothing and if he complains about it, he is even more pathetic than I thought.

I would start his community service time at 800 hours and only go up from there based on his behavior.

I don't think it works that way.

The prospective 28 days jail time is in addition to the five years of probation. It's like a Sword of Damocles duct taped to another Sword of Damocles. If he ends up serving the 28 days, and gets out, he's still on the probation.

This is why people keep saying he's not gonna make it. He's already clearly abusing substances.
