I almost - almost - feel bad for troon in this situation. It must suck to go through life thinking everyone's lying to you and telling you that you don't look like a gigantic obvious man to spare your feelings. It's ironic how their behavior mirrors that of the authoritarian patriarchal father who confuses his children's compliance with respect. I think that people who gain the compliance of others via fear know that they're not respected, and it's why they aren't content with compliance, and always want more.

It was obvious they will reject him since most people assume trans= medicalized with treatments which can be a big no no for blood quality.
I don't know how it works in others countries but in France blood donation verification can be rather tight (more mundane prescriptions, early pregnancies, anorexia/bulimia, travel to some countries in a specific year, suspicion of any STDs they can refuse you if you said you whored around without any protection and they can't verify on site for STDs for example -> the gay thing with high probability of HIV is because of extra tests; gay men can donate since 2016 it's just a lot of them are full of STDs. 100% the faggy guy said he was a gay celibate and sexually active , etc). There is also some people who like the idea to donate their infections to others and try to lie to give blood and we don't want that hence why the paranoia with the identification.
So no, you don't "just need an ID" to donate your blood in Faggotland. If you looks like a biological weapon you can't donate, sorry troon.

I feel like the US used to be a bit more protective over blood donation too but oh noes, excluding gays is so homophobic!!!!!! It doesn't matter that HIV takes several weeks to show up on a blood test!!! Nooo, we can't exclude gays because that is super bigoted!!!!!!! And with regards to trannies, I am fairly certain that the Red Cross distinguishes based on what gender you identify as, not your actual sex. So even if they did have the gay man question, you could still say that you were a woman so it didn't matter.

I wouldn't care if they broadened it to be, "Have you had receptive anal sex within the past X amount of time,." Or, "Have you had more than one sexual partner within the past X amount of time." Little things like that could help! But nah, they are afraid of being heckin bigots. That could discriminate against people with alternative lifestyles, you see.

It doesn't matter that my grandmother likely died from getting HIV from a blood transfusion or anything! (To be fair, this was 1980, so HIV was not much known at the time.) Hell, the one time I tried to donate blood, they had to throw it away because my blood clotted slightly too fast. So yeah, throw away a pint of my perfectly good blood but totes allow all the gay and tranny disease-infested blood!

My trans friends, my cis friends, they all tell me they see a woman when they look at me, friends who met me after I started transitioning tell me they've always seen me as a woman, but I know I do not pass because whenever I meet someone new they never gender me correctly and always call me sir, or refer to me as a man.

I rarely see actual men dress like this, unless they’re on vacation IN Hawaii or in TV shows.

There is something funny about the dudes who transition as part of a fetish only to have transition ruin their sex drive. I think the reason his body isn't maintaining the same sex drive on estrogen that a womans would is because he is not a woman, and therefore his body processes estrogen differently than what a womans body would. But what would I know.

Maybe it is a little weird that I know so much about trannies, but weird people are inherently fascinating to me. The switch from Kiwifarms being the Chris Chan website to the transphobe website seems weird at first glance. But both things are born out of a community of people who find weird/mentally ill people strangely fascinating. The "why do you know this?" question is inherently frustrating because to ask it is to admit that you need to be ignorant of trannies in order to support them.
