yes, they are using local overinflated property values to portray to the government that this is actually how much it HAS to cost a landlord to pay for the things necessary in california, and they use the state's hundreds of retarded legislations to do that, which they then skirt at best, fully flaunt at worst.

the property owners in question then take all the excess funds and simply pocket them. landlords don't want the section 8 racket to end because niggers don't complain to the government about roaches and broken dishwashers, and they can keep pocketing tax cuts and section 8 dollars.

One of the longest lasting legacies of the Trump Admin 2: Trump Harder is going to be the dismantling of the Stench from the Bench. The system was never meant to give a bunch of pretentious twats in black dresses control over everything, but we all just politely ignored it cause they were generally respectable and experts on the law, civics, and the constitution. But like everything in the past 20 years, they were politicized by activists on the left (including their moles pretending to be on the right) and now it's no longer tenable. Heck, it's not even considering the left's recent push to let any activist through, Bar exam be damned.

Failing that, if MAGA isn't preparing to file a hundred thousand lawsuits every month the next time the left steals a national election, they'll have learned NOTHING. Find some MAGA friendly judges that will file infinite TROs and Injunctions and just go hog wild. The left has shown there's literally no punishment for doing it.

In fact, MAGA could be doing that right now -- filing lawsuit after lawsuit against the Trump admin to FORCE them to do things that Trump actually wants to do. Imagine a judge issuing a TRO prohibiting the Trump admin from processing any asylum requests for the next 10 years, or a TRO mandating the immediate building of the wall.

It also causes the price of housing for normal people to go up because they’re competing against someone with thousands of dollars a month of free rent money.

If you don't want that future to come to pass, have kids, teach them about everything that's happened in the past 20 years. That's our only off ramp. That's why liberals are so hellbent on keeping children dumb and keeping their parents isolated from them. Tony, I would like to ask you for clarity on a matter I have noticed. Why are catholics so disproportionately passionate about the constitution and jurisprudence in general? I am in a position where for the sake of research i necessarily have to read a lot of conservative publications from think tanks and other such groups.
Whenever it comes to writing about the constitution it’s almost always a catholic! When it comes to the conservative movement at large this makes perfect sense. But I never understood the gravitation towards the legal aspect with you guys. The issue particularly is how catholics became so passionate about a document that is essentially Anglo Protestant in origin and spirit.

Microsoft may bend the knee. Sony might too.

This is something very wrong with modern cinema. Disney would never give the good guys a small dinky ship to feel sorry for because that’s racist or something. In episodes VIII and IX the Resistance is never really shown to be vulnerable at any point. Sure, the script tries to tell the audience this, but they don’t really believe it. It doesn’t help that the films didn’t bother to even try to plausibly explain why the Galactic politics were the way they were in those movies. Disney took audiences seeing stormtroopers and saying to themselves ‘those are the bad guys’ for granted.

The prequels didn't become more liked. The children who loved them grew up and felt nostalgia for them. It's like how kids of a previous generation think Thundercats was a good show, or how kids of an even older generation think the Monkees was a good band.

In 10 years or so will there be reylos grown up that'll be pining for the sequels? Somehow I doubt they'll get much nostalgia but I guess it's possible.
