Ignoring the fact that the flag is obviously torn up from wear and tear due to it being a Chinese pile of shit built to be hung up on a wall not shoved next to your cars exhaust on the highway.

Pretty sure this could be considered illegal as a flag is considered a load and pinning it against the trunk isn't properly securing it and preventing it from escaping. Not mention it's distracting and probably could obscure the license plate.
