As was mentioned by Calli and some others about the band aid being ripped off. I suspect it was a joint decision to get them done and out the door rather than make it a long drip feed of sadness. Which was clearly having a negative affect on many and the share price. Not exactly the best way to honour a legend imo but I can understand the necessity.

It's ultimately pretty sad she had to kill the character to set herself free. And theres not really anyone to blame. She could not possibly have foreseen blowing up into the cultural phenomenon she became. The fans got their idol to idolize and she was put on a pedestal by all those around her. Which all became part of the weight of expectation she couldn't cope with.

Apparently she was denied a meet-and-greet slot at OffKai. The ONE TRUE VTUBER CONVENTION is...not believed by vtuber fans to be run by fellow vtuber fans?Let's say. So yeah, they wouldn't know that Peo's important and we'd all like to see her, and that being unkind to her is against the rules.

A chuuba collab involving something similar to Digimon Frontiers (the one where the kids actually turned into Digimon) sounds like it's a match made in heaven, tbh. We're gonna have these anime girls transform into their Digimon-sona's!
 
I never would have thought Marimari would have gone corpo. It will be really interesting to see her collab with people other than Pippa.
