What medicine besides a pain med would cause this much of an overreaction? She can't move because she didn't take a med for not even 24 hours? She's that dependent on them and thinks telling the internet is part of her ✨journey✨? That's not normal, Anna.

munchies and other such people obsessed with showing off the sickness lifestyle will jump on the opportunity to talk about their medication whenever possible
if they ever not do that or not elaborate of what kinda meds they're taking, then yeah, it's probably something even they know will be not considered respectable or worthy of pity

if it was some kinda serious or lifesaving meds or just something the average person would consider necessary, she would be chatting about it till her cows come home
 
Willing to bet her missed medication was indeed her 'pre-workout pain killers' she was popping during her running arc. She hadn't worked out in forever, forgot that bit of her routine, felt decent because she's been a relative slug, then went and burned 14 calories without pain meds and is now dying.
 
My theory, this is for show.... like she's absolutely NOT abusing the pain pills while manipulating for more refills. "Hey, if you're watching doctor or other doctors I posted a story proving that I do forget to take my medication. I've been working out soo much and I'm in recovery. Sooo btw I'm almost out can you send another script? Thanks!" && of course to her audience...don't expect any workout updates from me.

Out of curiosity I looked up opioid laws in Texas, assuming she gets her prescription filled there. Opioids are Schedule II drugs in the USA.

“For the treatment of acute pain, a practitioner may not: (1) issue a prescription for an opioid in an amount that exceeds a10-day supply; or (2) provide for a refill of an opioid.”

and

"A prescription issued by a doctor licensed in another state, but not licensed in Texas, may be filled in Texas, if a true doctor-patient relationship exists."

and

"However, the patient may see the practitioner in a follow up appointment and receive another opioid prescription for up to 10 days. The law does not limit how many times this may occur."

I couldn't find a maximum dosage prescribed for Texas but seems to be between 30mg and 120mg per day.

Anna has found herself a quack with little to no adherence to a code of ethics, so as long as she keeps paying him, she can get her "mysterious" medications.

Some farmers called it and after looking it up, I agree that a pain killer addiction arc is incoming. Anna sounds high as hell claiming she *forgot* to take her meds. That's as believable as her claiming to forget to eat in the Ozempic ad she did.

This is probably the first time in her adult life she hasn't been in chronic daily pain, especially now that she's getting older and fatter. So she really cooked up a story that covers all the basis. Lipedema that causes ~pain and congestion~ and could harm vital organs, plus all her other genetic illnesses and conditions and chronic bullshit-itis. So she's got excuses for being super morbidly obese, excuses for vanity cosmetic surgery, excuses for 24/7 compression wear, and now excuses to stay high as a kite on pain killers.

Dammit I told you all this was coming. Pill mills and open scripts have been locked down since the days of the Sackler empire, but there is always some corner where life, or rather, unscrupulous sleazeball doctors and greed, uh, finds a way
 
I bet Scamron and co will keep her pilled up if it means keeping her happy + singing their praises to any of the fatties Anna’s surgery arc has inspired to seek out their services.

Honestly I'm not sure what the point is, her hair is thinning and looks like shit no matter what she does with it. Surely a wig would be easier.

What is her life now? No hauls where she’d have to look somewhat presentable, no vacations, her excursions out of the high rise are limited to the occassional PR event and that lymphatic massage appointment. We know she doesn’t bathe after working out and eats, sleeps, and breathes in that compression gear.

She has nowhere to go, no one to see, regaining weight rapidly. Anna is in full-on depression mode along with the drugs.
This is it.
 
I swear to god if we don't get an impacted or constipated story arc I will be so pissed. I have only heard tales of them, I have never seen one in real time.
 
That is NOT 3 day old hair on her. If it's so greasy it looks WET, that's a solid 7 or more days. We've seen enough unshowered Anna over the years and especially lately to know what her stage of dirty her hair is. Even if it is thinning and naturally oily.

That is possibly the greasiest, nastiest looking I've ever seen her hair. It's nauseating. Then she takes a brand new hair tool and uses it on said greasy, and now dry shampoo gunked up hair, so when she uses the tool again, she's depositing all that shit onto (hopefully) clean hair.

With the rate it's thinning, and she doesn't get her roots done or regular trims, and obviously showers very seldom, she should just shave her head and wear a wig. Easier and more hygienic. She's already halfway there with that nasty braided hair headband thing she wears all the time.
