Similarly, the Washington Examiner has this headline and opening to their article saying how Trump is destroying the economy.

Only they bury the lead several paragraphs down that reveals the main cause for the constriction is that people were over-importing in preparation, similar to when you buy a bunch in a day and then stop spending, combined with the Government NOT SPENDING AS MUCH, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT PEOPLE WANT.

They're going to encourage each other to get MS13 tattoos to protest against Trump like how Tiktok zoomers were encouraging each other to get inked with some SS tank unit's insignia to symbolize Gen Z.

According to bluesky Non-citzens can't vote, which legally is true but it doesn't stop blue states from allowing it.

As posted above Q1 GDP went down 0.3%, but this is largely due to federal jobs being cut, federal spending being cut, and a large amount of imports being done before the tariffs happened which messes with GDP. Even with all of that, only going down 0.3% is great, and it will probably be growth of 3.5-4% in Q2.

This is the economic equivalent of getting Chyna Virus and being told you're going to die alone with a ventilator up your ass, when in reality it's just a week-long cold and you're fine and now you have immunity. Gilead will soon be upon us.

Honestly this just shows how effective DOGE actually is. The cuts having barely any effect on GDP shows how much dead weight it actually was.
