The research quality skulls require manual approval from the company that you're a scientist or have some actual use for them, those skulls don't even have a price tag. But they do have cheaper skulls available that don't require any approval.

There probably are other companies out there - "human remains" is one of the very strict no-no words on eBay and PayPal so they probably are a very serious and reputable company. There are probably shittier ones out there too.
