He could not re-test because they were not in their custody and the state said they were not interested in re-testing. They had NOTHING on Nick until that test, so they did not want to cast doubt on it.
-Nick will show how cocaine and metabolites get into hair samples. He has studies he can show. It has not been proven that his daughter was exposed.
-Nick never got statistics on the lab failure rate and swap errors where you get someone else's results reported as your own.

It was apparently "crazy" to Nick and Kayla that they were not allowed to see their kids after they were found to have been exposed to cocaine in their home.

Nick is now also claiming a child reported inappropriate behavior by one of the people supervising his kids and claims they conspired to shut the kid up and threatened Nick and Kayla with taking the kids away for longer.
