It's psychotic for a 35 year old who's in a relationship and doesn't have a gig where posting pics of her body is necessary for advertisement like personal training or lifestyle influencing. That's part of why I think they're body checks. The one thing she has complete control over in her life is her diet and workout routine. She's implied having eating disorders in the past.
