Nick's been nothing but obnoxious this entire case. He's lied, manipulated, and refused to even admit he did anything wrong. I am so glad the court is actually punishing him, but it also shows how retarded he is for fumbling a slam dunk.

He was sentenced to 30 days jail starting August 1, with possibility of deferral. I take that to mean if he's a good boy for the next few months, he can try and get the imprisonment deferred. It would be funny if he actually ended up spending time in prison, but the feature is giving the impression that he's been whisked away to jail. Until August 1, Rekieta spending any time in jail is entirely uncertain.

It's called a plea deal. They can have a 4k video of him snorting lines with his 8 year old daughter, but still drop it if that's the deal they make. It's not a matter of whether they had solid evidence.

The transcript of sentencing where Rekieta, according to one of the people in the room who went on that stream afterwards, tried to blame being told he was so smart for doing drugs and getting told off by the judge sounds more interesting than all the previous documents in the case put together. By far.

He wasn't charged in relation to the test. That charge simply had to do with having drugs in the family home. It was dropped due to the plea deal.

It’s really strange to reflect on all that has happened with Nick since the Maddox/Dick lawsuit started. He’s like a reverse phoenix. I think we will be seeing little to no more Nick in the future.
