Local MN time.
I’m just picturing Nick picking up trash from the local highway, wearing some kind of Orange COMMUNITY SERVICE t shirt, when he suddenly hears a HONK HONK.So if I was Rekieta,
I would want to get rid of the jail time absolutely. Community service? Fine, Probation? Fine.
But Rekieta is a fucking druggie, silver-spooned, narcissist.
So he'll try his best to get the probation down as low as possible, and he'd HATE to do community service. That's for commoners and poors..
Even that is something the cokekietas can buy their way out of. Hire someone to take them a few times a week. I’m sure there’s a teenage girl somewhere in the community who could use a little extra cash.I’m not saying they should sit their asses at home. But for each of these small children to have multiple music, dance, etc. lessons is fucked up. Especially because they never hear the end of what a hassle the driving is. Kids will feel guilty and simultaneously resent being made to feel that way.
I am hoping for the state to file an opposition to the whining, so we can get some more insight into the Presentence Investigation.oh. I thought it was today...![]()
Why do you want to add another minor to the Rekieta home to be passively abused by proximity?Hire someone to take them a few times a week. I’m sure there’s a teenage girl somewhere in the community who could use a little extra cash.
Remember when @Potentially Criminal advised Nick to take a quick plea and STFU about the case entirely?
Nick was always better than anyone else, only he knew the real story, that the warrant would be easily crushed and that Aaron was the actual perpetrator all along.
Worked out great for him to ignore the good advice her received from an actual lawyer.
It'd be funny if his community service was being made to drive the school bus. Granted I wouldn't want him anywhere near children.Nick swallows the humiliation for a moment, only for his narc ego to pop out again: “Heh… Sucks to be him driving his kids around!”
I'm not so sure. His weird cooking cope streams always were pretty late.As an aside, Kayla included the 11pm meals to make Nick seem like a super attentive and chill father their kids can ask anything of. In reality it’s almost a guarantee this has only happened a few times and she’s playing it up to the court.
If he stays away for 30 days, he will miss .5 days of work. This is genocide!Presumably, that's why the pre-sentencing report recommended that Nick serve 30 days. It's enough of a 'taste' of prison to have a deterrent effect for the future, while being minimally disruptive of his family.
I reckon that when he's needed to ask Nick for food, it's because there's been nothing readily available to cook or that the kitchen's buried underneath a Mt Everest of whiskey bottles and uncleaned dishes, not because he's unable to whip himself up a basic meal. I highly doubt that Nick was fastidious about maintaining a constant supply of perishables like bread, milk, fruit and vegetables given his need to Uber Eats everything. Balldoguards will make dumb observations like "why didn't they make themselves sandwiches?" forgetting that this requires the bread to not be 2 weeks old and mouldy, if it ever existed at all. Most kids can rustle up their own meal unaided and I think we have to give the kid the benefit of the doubt. Remember how we (I) found those old FB comments where Kayla and Bob discussed how they’d left this child, then younger than 10, in charge of his three younger siblings for several hours while Kayla and Nick went hiking? The boy can feed himself.
Nick the Superlawyer said that the length of probation didn't come up during settlement agreement. He thought it was because his attorney outsmarted the prosecution and it was a huge win for him that they'd get to argue for better terms at sentencing.I'd be surprised if he gets the 30 days and I imagine this must have come up in the two settlement conferences and I'm assuming the Judge gave some indication then.
17 and can't cook. Would rather eat the absolute disgusting goop skelly crocks up.If my 17 year old son asked me to make him food at 11pm, I'd probably tell him that dinner was about 4 hours ago and that he needs to either eat with us at the table at that time, or sort himself out.
How often could this possibly be happening to merit a mention in the letter anyway??
Lol. Really???Nick the Superlawyer said that the length of probation didn't come up during settlement agreement. He thought it was because his attorney outsmarted the prosecution and it was a huge win for him that they'd get to argue for better terms at sentencing.
Because they HATE their kids and only interact with them while driving. Which makes them feel like driving is such a burden. They only had kids to bilk the trust fund. If they could they would just have feral children. Let's be honest they are almost feral children. Why is everybody in that family obsessed with how much the kids get driven around? Half of Robert's letter is about driving and it gets a mention in Kayla's too. They're your damn kids and you organized and set their schedules by choice, stop bitching about it for christ's sake.
The driving is the hardship.I just don't understand this obsession that seemingly every Rekieta has with how unbearable driving is.
It keeps coming up over and over. Are their lives that easy that driving is all they have to worry about?
Nicky is so pathetic we don't need a hardrive check but an odometer check.I'd really like to see the dash of the Rustang and how many miles it actually has.
Were any of the activities stuff Kayla or the Skelly had to do with the kids, or were they all activities where they just dump the kids?Seeing that picture of Kayla with her organizers autistically tracking and planning every minute of each kid's day combined with this retardation about driving the kids 120 miles (that is 192km) daily, I have a very weird feeling about how much free time the kids have.
It is very weird how much emphasize they put on how much outside activity they send their kids to.
Like, where is the time spent with the parents in their garden just being kids any having fun?

Many such cases! One of the law students I knew was pregnant, her husband was deployed
Nick's blatantly stated that he did no wrong and that he'd use again the second he can.a PSI like this is a big long process which includes interviews, a recommendation like this likely reflects that Nick's risk factors came back very high and a recommendation of jail is pretty significant here because it shows they likely don't feel that Nick has shown that he understands what he did was wrong and why what he did was wrong.
