In the 4chan thread I made a couple posts looking into carrottime/heshi myself but I never bridged the gap to a real person. I found an abundance of accounts and I checked most publicly available databreaches.
For my own curiosity, would you mind explaining how you got to Russel? It seemed like almost all the Heshi accounts where tied to carrottime@. Was it just paypal being paypal again?
