It's so hard to believe they're the same person. Appearence aside the energy is just different. It is easy to tell at an atavistic level when somebody is speaking from their heart vs when they're speaking like a cornered rat trying to win approval. It is blatantly clear ian of the old days was speaking from the heart and ever since 2020 he's been lying through his teeth out of fear.

About what I was expecting from a modern content cop - a bunch of gay interpersonal drama coupled with occasionally moralising to the audience. What made the original content cop funny was that the videos primarily took a stab at personas and public images using memetic humour, rather than serving as a systematic takedown of the morality and reputation of the people he went after. The original series is pretty timeless to me because of this despite being heavily dated by the "era" of JewTube that it was released in. I got about 20 minutes into this video before I gave up on watching, which I think is more than generous considering that most of the content cops were half that length. There wasn't a single joke from iDubbbz in the snippet I watched beyond the milquetoast content police sketches at the beginning, which were handled way better in the original series because they were tied to actual jokes that appeared in the videos. You know it's bad when your vocal-fried denthead turkroach charisma vacuum collaborator somehow manages to be more entertaining than you.

The last time I remember having fun on the Internet was when AI dungeon released in 2020. Maybe I'm just getting old :(
