There is a ton of racism between Muslims. Sure they might give lip service to seeing all Muslims as one when talking to a non Muslim, but that's just taqiyya. I've worked and lived around a lot of Muslims, and only recent converts think all Muslims are equal. The most racist people I've ever met are Saudi and Iranian Muslims.
