Synni knew what she was doing the whole time lmfao. She knew she was a groomer, and that such actions yield very serious repercussions, if not legally than socially.

her spending a whole month trying to defend herself isn’t her thinking she did nothing wrong, it’s her trying to save face, and failing. she only owned up to it as soon as she realized she couldn’t save herself.

I think that’s why Maurice is trying to say. Synni has a level of self awareness that birdie and co. simply can’t comprehend. I think birdie legitamately believes he did no wrong, and therefore does not feel the need to publically defend himself. he feels entitled to cower into the shadows once more because he’s da viktum aulweyz XD!.

I honestly could've just believed she was a socially stunted retard woman who had her mind fucked by becoming famous in probably what is the most obsessively monitoring and critically demonizing over literal nothingburgers community of all time. Having your every move scrutinized by thousands of people since you were a child no doubt fucks with you and stunts you in some way. But Synni got a lot of shit for doing this exact thing with someone only 2 years younger. After eating shit for doing this with someone actually in her own age bracket and then going for a 14 year old, there's no way that was ignorance, but a pattern of behavior. Like, girl, if it's friends you want then find other people your age, ain't no way you had a shortage of 20 year olds in your exact same position with an audience that huge.

She doesn't show outright pedophilic tendencies but I wouldn't be surprised if she develops P-OCD and conditions herself into being one at this rate. I also wouldn't be surprised if she just gets some adrenaline high from doing things she's not supposed to. Regardless though, she's off the grid and I think the only reason she'd deserve a thread, sans a comeback, is containment.

synnis said she looked up to sophia for advice when it came to psychology, that, along with just associating with her is proof she is not somebody capable of forming normal adult friendships. she’s an emotionally stunted degenerate, still stuck in the mentality of being a horomonal 13 year old. gonna pull a sophia here- but its like in bojack horseman, where they said somebody stops aging at the age they get famous. and like bojack horseman, she exploited a kid because of the inability to realize she’s a fucking adult and should know better. it’s so funny that sophia and synni are both fans of bojack yet completely missed the point of the show.

this is gonna sound retarded, but i believe most lolcows are at least CAPABLE of change. i don’t think they’re automatically going to be stuck the way they are for the rest of their life, of course there are people like lily orchid who have ALWAYS been fucking evil and aren’t capable of change whatsoever… but people like sophia could change if they wanted to. they know how to self reflect but choose not to because it’s ‘too hard’ and they’d rather be stuck in this cycle until they kill themselves.
 
I do agree that most people, even some of the most vile out there, have the capacity for change and growth. Armin Meiwes (don’t look him up if you have eaten sausages or plan to eat sausages in the past/coming couple of days) is an example of an absolutely sick, depraved man managing to turn a new leaf at least somewhat.

But if someone does not want to look inwards or accept they have a problem, then they cannot change, no matter what capacity they have for it. The first step to improvement is realizing that there is room for improvement.

I feel like the only person mentioned in this thread who's shown that they want to improve was synni. Hope she actually got that help and is moving on with her life in a more healthy manner. I also have to agree with that person that Synni doesn't actually seem to be a pedophile as, from what I remember, she never showed sexual interest in the minor she was having inappropriate conversations with and was just retarded, socially stunted and chronically online and didn't care or disconnected from the age of the person as long as she got to talk about whatever she wanted, including coomer shit. Cognitive dissonance like this is really common online now sadly :(. It's truely a scary time for kids online when the average adult can't be trusted to be able to form healthy emotions and have a healthy working brain when it comes to other people online. Honestly, people with mental problems who obsess over characters like Bojack and Kangel are huge red flags for "I will under no circumstances ever reflect on my actions" disorder. They like to feel understood, not to understand why these characters are still bad people despite the pain they feel.

Fun fact: There’s a word for this, and it’s called Kinning. It is like spiritual trannyism, and is generally a sure fire predictor of whether or not someone is a total retard. If they’re over 18 and still about that shit, there is a 90% chance they will commit atrocities towards children.

As someone who was in a lot of fandom spaces where kinning was talked about a lot, I actually know quite a lot about it… it’s weird, since for some people it can mean ‘I relate heavily to this character’, but for others it can turn into some sort of (probably fake) delusion of ‘I AM this character’, with memories of their past life and all, and if you tried to break them out of it you got called ableist 😐

Honestly I couldn't care less if someone does that sort of thing, weird yes, but harmless for the most part. It's when it starts affecting their behaviour in negative ways that It's like, alright time to wrap it up.
You always see it in these cases and it baffles me how they can't seem to see a lick of irony in it, but I guess the other theory is that they do see the irony in their diabolical behaviour mimicking characters like Bojack, and that's just the whole point.

But anytime Sophia leaves, she's gone for a year or two and assumes people will forget and move on. The issue now, is that she has a KF thread. Nothing will be forgotten, so it is definitely best if she doesn't come back.

What do you all think is the most likely scenario for birdies return to the internet (if it even happens?) imo there's a non-zero chance she's already returned on an alt with a new artstyle and it's just a matter of time until it gets leaked - she has historically loved hopping identities whenever she gets into trouble

Personally, I think once Queen posts her video, Birdie will be back a month after that with another EPIC RESPONSE video. I think she’ll use that as a way to worm herself back into the public eye and try to continue as if nothing happened.
I’m not sure about an alt account, since I believe it would have already been leaked, but you never know.

I'm sure that if Birdie ever comes back, she'll try to twist the narrative once again but I doubt people will buy it this time. In the meantime, while she's "absent", she'll probably be in another alt account making drawings or animations, just like the moraltron (I forgot the name) animation channel she used to partake months before she came back with her.. peculiar response to all of the allegations from the past 6-7 years.
