Is that comfortable? Like how the hell can you sit like that for extended periods of time?

I remember one time I tried and it was hella awkward. Must be a difference in anatomy and hips or something.

It's not really physically comfortable but we're trained (socialized) very thoroughly from childhood to minimize the amount of space we take up. I would imagine it's harder for men to do for long periods because of how your joints are aligned, but it's definitely not first preference in any case.

If I can ask a follow up of my own, how long can you guys slav-squat? If I sit heels down with my legs in front, my shins start to hurt after a while. Horse-stance is easier, but still makes my shins hurt.

Oh, come on. It's not for HIM, now is it? No one is seriously trying to reform the troll. There are two perfectly good audiences for serious responses to terminal moidism:

1) The casual lurker moid who is smart enough to know that asking "why women no suck my dick? Women superficial and like tall men no me!" is going to get an angry response, but he isn't quite sure why and might learn quite a bit from the actual answers to those kinds of questions, and,

2) Women who also sort of know the answer but are not quite sure how to recognize the behavior exactly, or are unable to articulate, precisely and clearly, quite why it is wrong or it bothers them. These threads are gold for picking up excellent analogies and ways to frame situations that absolutely hit the nail on the head. I like to pick these up and stick them in my armory for occasions when I might only have a sentence or so to make my point (and I am very often only afforded one sentence or one thing to say to explain why, for example, I snapped at my co-worker moid for being a sexist fuck).

I'm assuming this is a general question to everyone and I'm not misreading it:
This one is largely a matter of muscle development, there's a bunch of stretches and exercises you can do to make it more comfortable. I usually squat like the lady on the left, although it looks like she has her heels lifted off the ground.

This has a bunch of good ones you can do, and I'd recommend adding chair squats to the list.

In slaw squat, the feet are completely on ground for stability. Everything else is an american spy trying to fit in technique

Not very long as my shins ain't that flexible but my dad is really good at it for some reason. Must've picked it up in Moscow or something.
