Well sure if it's just a few small tumors here and there, I can understand, I actually know people who live with those types of non-cancerous tumors. But this guy has a bunch of them all over his body and then you have whatever the hell is going on around his throat. It looks super uncomfortable and I can't imagine what kind of quality of life you could live with that. That's not even getting into the isolation factor of what looking that different does to a person.
If it's going to suck either way, why not take the option where you don't have to carry around pounds of uncomfortable tumors?

I'd hazard its an effect of obesity. Fatties tend to not wash under their folds which can cause rashes and is also why they constantly smell unpleasant, I've never heard of them growing tumors because of it but I don't do much research. Could be a result of a skin condition or something like that, but my guess is obesity.

Yes they can, but they can also be easily led to bad decision because they're often vulnerable people. If you're treated like a "disgusting medical problem" your whole life and some group of trannies says that you'll love yourself and get all the friends and love you've been missing you bet that they're gonna leap at the chance. In the absence of evidence to the contrary I'll assume this is a vulnerable person being taken advantage of by a predatory medical system and the trannies that patron it.

The short version (still too long sorry) is that these are slow growing tumours that dont have well defined boundaries or any of the things that chemo uses to make tumours die. Normal cancer cells are a weird mix of fragile and aggressive, rather like a Troon. They can be tipped over into self destruction by several things like chemo or radiation. These tumours, neurofibromatosis types, are slow growing and more stable. they don’t have the same vulnerabilities that something like a liver tumour does.
Also every cell in his body carries the mutation, so even if you cut away the tumour, and zap around the boi daries woth radiation, the predisposition is there to just start growing again.
Nf1 and 2 are overlapping phenotypes but caused by multiple genes. It’s a nasty condition to have, not only do you get disfiguring tumours like this but also the tumours grow along nerve tissue, so attack hearing, eyes and brain. I think nf1 has a normal lifespan as long as you don’t have any of the tumours become malignant (which they often do) but nf2, which is rarer, has a middle aged sort of lifespan, mainly due to malignancy or specific types of brain tumours.
I’m amazed anyone cleared this guy for surgery but troonism is like a magic shield against ethics. The coom must flow
