It loses it's flavor after the first few times.tbh I'd be low-key pumped to get the proper 'WAITU PIGGU GO HOME' treatment, but maybe not the whole time I'm visiting.

Just don't IRL stream and you'll be finetbh I'd be low-key pumped to get the proper 'WAITU PIGGU GO HOME' treatment, but maybe not the whole time I'm visiting.
We've already seen how autistic and oblivious chibi is he might just never realise. It's reasons like this that I want Chibi to go there and slowly have him realize Glorious Nippon isn't so glorious.
What I think happened is they knew they don't have to go with the social interaction song & dance with you like they'd have to with a native, so it was refreshing to talk like an actual human. Chinese have this, many are very nice to foreigners because they assume they won't try to scam them at every opportunity like other Chinese would.Far be it from me to argue with an actual resident, but I didn’t really feel like the Japanese were particularly disingenuous when I visited.
You gotta love how despite being a confirmed sexual predator he still has the balls to use a picture of Donkey Kong doing a creepy pedo grin as his profile picNoticed he had a new thot in his friend lost. Adam’s a simple man, he sees some cunt singing karaoke, he joins the other list of simps hearting her post. Not great new content, but stokes the kindling of hope he’s gettting ready to cringe his face off.View attachment 7104185View attachment 7104187
He got kicked out, most likely due to weens reaching out to different members of the group. It never really got off the ground. What became of the polycule he joined a few months ago?
The plot twist is the weens want him for themselves, their cosplay concubine. He got kicked out, most likely due to weens reaching out to different members of the group. It never really got off the ground.
I'm also a resident and in my opinion, it really isn't that different. People seem to think that public face in Japan is a source of mysticism and a "dark secret" that most people are apathetic in major cities but I've been to Europe and it was much the same. Just like Europe if you go outside of the biggest cities things are better and the people are more welcoming. Finding out which is which is a bit of a witch hunt IMO. Many foreigners go mad with pessimism because they assume anybody that's the least bit genial actually despises them behind that facade of helpfulness. Best advice is just don't assume which is real and which is disingenuous unless it's important to the given situation because the majority of the time the end result is the same. Of course everyones perspective is different and I could be blind to what others are seeing but thats just my 5 yen.Far be it from me to argue with an actual resident, but I didn’t really feel like the Japanese were particularly disingenuous when I visited. Tokyo isn’t to dissimilar to any other multicultural major city in a first world country. Strangers are generally apathetic to people around them unless they’re a nuisance. The one thing that really stood out was service culture. Service workers in Japan are miles ahead of people in similar jobs in any other country. They’re incredibly accommodating and approachable.
It sounds like when Billy Connolly talked about moving to America and how people said they never could because Americans are all so fake: "Would you rather have someone tell you 'have a nice day' and not mean it or tell you to fuck off and mean it?"Best advice is just don't assume which is real and which is disingenuous unless it's important to the given situation because the majority of the time the end result is the same.
Americans can and will tell you both and mean it wholeheartedly, depending entirely on what race created the local community 100 years ago and their proximity to snow.It sounds like when Billy Connolly talked about moving to America and how people said they never could because Americans are all so fake: "Would you rather have someone tell you 'have a nice day' and not mean it or tell you to fuck off and mean it?"
I'm sure they will, my point was more I don't really care if someone actually cares if I have a nice day or not, it's just nice to be nice. Manners cost nothing, as they say.Americans can and will tell you both and mean it wholeheartedly
I actually prefer honesty. I've said many times I'd rather have an honest enemy than a dishonest friend.I'm sure they will, my point was more I don't really care if someone actually cares if I have a nice day or not, it's just nice to be nice. Manners cost nothing, as they say.
I think that's different to total strangers though.I actually prefer honesty. I've said many times I'd rather have an honest enemy than a dishonest friend.
this means absolutely nothing. a stranger on the street or a cashier in a store will never be an enemy or a friend to you, so would you rather they be nice and polite or wear a sour face and infect their surroundings with honest misery? because in a lot of european countries the latter is what you get and i cant imagine anyone who wouldnt prefer american friendliness just because it might be fakeI actually prefer honesty. I've said many times I'd rather have an honest enemy than a dishonest friend.
And I don't give a fuck how the guy ringing up my groceries is so long as he does so quickly and efficiently. He might think I'm an asshole and gives a half-hearted "thank you" when handing me the receipt. He might sneer and give me the stink eye and I'm just, "whatever dude". I'm probably never going to see him again so why should I care? Be pleasant or not, I don't care.I think that's different to total strangers though.
If it's someone I need to have regular contact with, like a co-worker or a friend or family member, then obviously I'd rather they be upfront with me for better or worse, but if it's the dude ringing up my groceries in Walmart I really couldn't give a fuck.
As stated I don't care. So long as I get my stuff and they don't come out and start telling me off they can do or say whatever they want. I despise fake sincerity or people who force being nice to everybody for... reasons. I care even less what some stranger on the street thinks of me.this means absolutely nothing. a stranger on the street or a cashier in a store will never be an enemy or a friend to you, so would you rather they be nice and polite or wear a sour face and infect their surroundings with honest misery? because in a lot of european countries the latter is what you get and i cant imagine anyone who wouldnt prefer american friendliness just because it might be fake
That's my point, so if it doesn't matter either way I'd rather they be pleasant whether it's sincere or not.I'm probably never going to see him again so why should I care? Be pleasant or not, I don't care.
