Unlikely. The mortgage company just want to recover their outlay so will sell it at whatever that balance is plus their costs.
They'll also want a possession order before sale. When the court grants this, things move fast. Jonny is a hoarder so that should be fun for all concerned.
I hope he kept up with his car payments* because he's going to be living in it.
*I don't and I doubt he has, so more karma incoming.
