Not a chance, if for no other reason than the big heading in their contract for the building that reads "NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT". This things going through, hell or high water, if for no other reason than that a failed event will still probably cost them less than bailing out. We already know they'll take the charity money to cover event costs from last time, so there's no reason to think it'll be different this time.
