Separate counties and separate crimes; that's not how the State generally operates.
Almost none of this has been standard practice. It's been downright bizarre, from actually starting out massively hard charging with the felony (that part is normal though), to trying to compel out of state witnesses to testify in some basically nothing case, to dropping that entirely and then making an "out of the blue" offer to nearly nothing.

So I wouldn't actually be shocked to see the counties at least calling over to each other to ask what the fuck is going on over there. It may not be normal but neither is the situation.

It doesn't necessarily require that, though. It could just be that they got so many incessant deranged coked-up phone calls from Nick raving about his penis and Aaron eating his cum every day that they realized all their witnesses from Geno on down were raving lunatics.

Its vaguely interesting that the last document submitted in the case was from Aaron's attorney. He submitted all of the information on witnesses Nick, Kayla and April's arrests plus added a cover letter where he states that Aaron gave statements to law enforcement related to their prosecutions.

This happens four days after the Subpoenas for Nick and Kayla go out. Anecdotally nothing seems to proceed in the case after that point. In particular compelling testimony from Geno and Keanu.

I would think the prosecutor had to know about the arrests beforehand. But it almost seems like Aaron's side was waiting for the subpoenas to get issued before dropping this like a bomb into the case. I wonder if the audience for this was that prosecutor's boss or even the judge. To alot of people on the inside, I think that kind of material related to key witnesses and the supposed victim is going to immediately raise all kind of red flags about why this is being prosecuted.

That's a great and accurate comment.

Also, for us lawnerds in the house, on Aaron's Rumble Friday at 1:31:40-1:33:55, he addressed his "squealing" on Nick back in May 2024. I haven't seen it clipped yet.

(This thread was less concerned and happy to see Nick facing charges for his crimes. The Dabbleverse, with some bro-code retardation, constantly throws shade at Aaron for ratting out Nick.)

Anyway, it was interesting.

Summary:
  • Aaron characterizes the cops as acting like the mafia. He had no choice in the matter.
  • The dummy (Aaron) didn't attend the interview with his lawyer; his lawyer told him it was not necessary. WHAT?!!! I detect a white lie here. No decent lawyer would say that.
  • Once there, the cops said, "We haven't ruled you out as a suspect" and implied that he could be detained.
  • The cops told him he had a right to a lawyer for the questioning. He declined because he had "nothing to hide".
Aaron seems to be devoid of any self-reflection (not unusual) about how stupid that was.

There was never any chance IMO of Aaron being charged with anything. He wasn't there at the time and had not been there for over a month. There isn't any sort of possession or drug charge that could be made against him. He doesn't even live in the county so their ability to search his place or lean on him was rather limited.

I dont know that bringing an attorney would have been necessary or helpful. The interesting question is that from the attitude of the police, someone must have been pointing fingers at aaron rather aggressively behind the scenes. And I have to wonder if it was Nick.

It's amazing how many times this tard has just wandered into a minefield and come out unscathed despite everything to the left and right of him blowing up.

The craziest thing about this Steel Toe settlement thing is not that the nude is worth $50, but that Kayla and Cuck’s reputation is so fucked that her “dignity” and “privacy” are worth $50. The state literally just said “Listen, this washed up public outhouse isn’t worth defending, we just need to save face a little”.

Since this case is more or less over, what's Nick's next excuse about why he can't tell his truth going to be?

To clarify: Iso was caught with nearly 6,000 CSAM videos and photos that depicted sexual torture of infants, toddlers and children. Shuli met Iso on some video game platform and talked a LOT about how they loved tag-teaming to fuck with kids they’d chat up on various games.
Great guys for a man whose child tested positive for cocaine to appear with. Great PR. Robert Barnes is clearly the retard who doesn't understand PR between the two.

Mines don't like turds even giant turds because it flings shit everywhere, it might be the last thing they are remembered for... Dildo, baldos and the likes at least have a backstory and can be spotted flying thru the air.. Shit flies thru the air all the time... A dildo, baldo combo flying thru the air? that's Gaaaaay as fuck people take notice. The shit hitting the fan is gross. A dildo baldo mando combo gets stuck in the fan making the shit stench bake and steaming before catching fire. Personal note: This is the most i have ever used "shit" as a word in my life. Not a fan i am more of a turd, toot, holy buckets, crapola, crud muffin fan.. Tim Hawkins has a great set about 100 alt cuss words... It's great.

I was kinda expecting Nick, April and Kayla to make up a story to implicate Aaron in the drug possession and child neglect case.
But they went for the RP angle instead, and Nick is lying about the rest by coping in various chats.

Aaron is really lucky, because if the other three had told an at least surface-level identical story about Aaron they could have shown up at his house with a search warrant as well. If they would have found anything? Questionable, but the chance was always there.

Never talk to the cops without a lawyer, unless you live in the UK and you get questioned about Terrorism, then you have no rights at all.

Nick can't even keep a narrative straight (lol gay) with himself. Add Kayla and April to the mix and everyone who interviewed them would be going home that night feeling like they lost 20 IQ points.

I would think the prosecutor had to know about the arrests beforehand.
They probably did, but I don't think they looked too hard into it until Aaron's attorney dropped all those docs.

Look, here's the thing: As a society we say "there's no such thing as a perfect victim," and that's true. But there's often a disconnect between the politically correct thing to say, and human psychology. There are absolutely such things as hateable victims. Or people that are only victims in the technical sense. I think if Kayla or Nick got up on that stand, after all that's happened, the jury would have ended up hating them. I think the prosecution came to that conclusion too.

Should Aaron have done what he did? No. He did a cringe dudebro thing, two wrongs don't make a right, and blah blah blah...

However, Kayla is a whore. She's a cokehead, an adulterer, and a unfit mother. It is exceeding difficult for me to have any sympathy for her here. To say nothing of Nick. There are actual victims of revenge pornography out there that you can feel sympathy for... and then there's Kayla.

Kayla, in particular, should count her lucky stars the drug possession and child neglect charges against her are gonna be dropped.

Neither her, nor Nick, deserve a pound of flesh from Aaron after all that's happened.

Could not have happened to a nicer couple.

Aaron's Lawyer was informing the Judge/prosecutor with the drop that they're gonna try and get all of this stuff in and that their simple two day revenge porn trial was going to balloon out into a huge circus clown show. Usually this doesn't work because a court can limit the scope, however in this case Aaron is completely justified in bringing in everything and anything that can show Nick and Kayla's motivations to lie about the "harassment" aggravating factor (which turns this into a felony), and there are a lot of reasons for lies in that giant clusterfuck of Polycules and legal cases. Aaron's lawyer has the room to go scorched earth.
But more than that, the damages to Kayla Rekieta from a trial would be much greater than without one.

Also, almost all of it is directly relevant to the whole "reasonable expectation of privacy" thing. The way the parties conducted themselves is the context around both why Aaron even had this picture and what the expectation of the parties would have been.

Nick and Kayla (and Aaron and April) were making a public spectacle of their degenerate life of sex, drugs and cuckoldry to an audience of thousands for over a year. You had nude ass pics at Hedo, ass pics with bottles between their cheeks, all of them together in a hot tub swinging, a half-naked Nick licking Aaron's ear to an audience of thousands.

Yet this one picture was so super secret and private? Yeah right.
