You know its fascinating if you look at how fascism was talked about in say the late 1800s to early 1900s you would simply see it as a another political ideology nothing more, nothing less, but after the funny mustache man did his shtick suddenly fascism became the great devil of the world, any and all politics that were even slightly left were labelled as fascist, and that got me thinking what exactly makes fascism evil? Because many of the sins that people attribute to fascism have also been done by socialist or democratic ideology. Then of course you get to the notion of how faceim ent from a clear political ideology with rules and themes, to this vauge idea that can secretly get you if you're not looking. So to this I say what makes fascism evil?

I guarantee you 99.5% of people who term something as fascist could not give an outline of the tenets of fascism, of any flavor. They'd default to 'big state right wing authoritarianism' every time.

That's because fascism used to have clear tenants and beliefs but after funny mustache man it was warped and became synoumus with whatever the left didn't like.
Because you like your country (this isn't what fascism is; nationalism just tends to go hand-in-hand), and liking your country (if it's America) is bad because a portion of its population was bad to heccin minorities that one time. This is different than liking another country that does the same exact thing (especially if you're liking them in spite of America), because they're Not-America and it's not a heccin racism when they do it.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I had thought fascism was an Italian thing borne from Mussolini wanting a system that placed the head-of-state at the center of national interest. I'm not a particularly big politics buff. I'd like to be fact-checked on this.

You also need to point out that after the war, the Allies, Soviets, and Jews were very invested with making the holocaust seem as bad as it can be because it suits their political agendas. Punishing the Germans, condemning fascism, and establishing Israel all hinge on the idea that the Germans systematically exterminated 6 million jews.
