Explain to me how he ever gained fame and fortune in the first place, because from what I can remember all the way back from 2015, he was always a choleric fat wigger retard you'd normally try to avoid and not be associated with.

That's simply because of extreme good luck.
Ralph's show just happened to be the place where cool kids hanged around, had slap fights and Ralph was tard wrangled by Nora then, so he didn't speak much and just hosted.
The moment he thought he was more then just a host and believed he was actually what drew people in, that was the moment the gunt started tumbling down toward his current self.

He managed to get Metokur on his show so people would watch hoping Metokur calls in while Zidan managed to work getting interesting and unique guests to call in and scream at each other.
