That's a stretch. Burglar would have something in case of an encounter with a witness, like a gun or something to knock them off. Killer would have a weapon since there could be nothing to kill with at the scene and killing someone with bare hands is difficult. If the thing about her getting killed with a hammer from the scene is true, then it only confirms that the murder was unplanned or that the perpetrator didn't plan to kill this exact woman.

I go back and forth as well. On the one hand, the killer is short (5'2-5'8 estimated), and there are rumors that Missy was sleeping with a married man, so it would make sense for an angry woman to want revenge on her. Missy also taught mostly or only women in her workout classes, so it would make sense for a woman to know her routine. The stabbing in the face also feels like something an angry and jealous woman would do, especially if she felt like her husband cheated on her with someone prettier. It seems like whenever I read about men stabbing women, they go for the stomach, crotch, or throat, not really the face.

Maybe. Some women can be fairly rough. Just look at your typical roadside flagger who's been doing it for a few years. Those kinda rough butch type women. They can appear fairly calm and manlike in situations where a lot of women wouldn't be. Women that spend a lot of time around men in male dominated professions also tend to walk more like men but will still do the girly stand thing. I've seen it working on construction sites. You see the short little women strutting around like a dude when they're moving around but as soon as they stop they'll stand hip cocked to the side or whatever like a chick.

Considering the fact they actually committed a murder using a weapon, they did in fact bring a murder weapon. The one they used. The question is whether they intended to use that specific weapon for that specific purpose.
This will likely be a frustrating answer. The short answer is yes, she was shot, but no, you won't find LE or FBI confirming this. LE/FBI has never come out and said either way. I have no idea why they won't come out and just say "She was shot" or "She wasn't shot", obviously they have some reason for doing it, I'm assuming it has to do with not tipping off the murderer about how much they know. Even when people did FOIA requests, they could not get a definite answer either way.

I have no idea how to search the FBI URC data from the official FBI source, but inaccurate data was already brought up, disputed, and debated. The FBI UCR report is old news at this point and verified as being true by comptent investigators and autists that go to extreme lengths to verify claims regarding Missy.
A lot of the gait differences (imho) are due to footwear. I spent most of my working life in steel caps; outside of work I wore appropriate feminine footwear, and the switch was not always instinctual. High heels are definitely hard to wear for many women, but even a fashionable pair of flats has a constraint on how you move. Walking in steel caps is closer to barefoot than a strappy pair of sandals. Aside from the shoes themselves, many women are taught as girls how to walk "properly", a classically feminine gait.
I've never really thought of walking in steel toes as feeling like barefoot. More like wearing a big chunky armoured boot that makes your foot weigh twice as much.
I'm quote myself here because funny enough as I was driving this morning they were doing some hydro work on the highway and they had some flaggers and one of them was this really faggy looking dude and as I was sitting there watching this guy the way he moved and stood was exactly the same as the person in the riot gear. He even stood with the girly heel lift and was kinda short and a bit chonky. Even the way he held his sign reminded me of the way the person smashed the window with the hammer. Now i'm even more unsure.
Yeah, sorry, I'm not an anatomist so I'm not describing it very well. Inside the work boot, your foot is still able to spread and flex. Women's shoes are a lot narrower and more binding. If you were to wrap an exercise bandage around the entirety of your foot, including your toes, it'd give you a good idea of what I'm talking about. Your foot spreads, contracts, flexes as you need it to, and provided your work boots are the right size, your foot is able to do that inside your boot, even though the boot is heavy. Women's shoes are narrower and don't allow your foot to spread at all, meaning that it's harder to adjust to different surfaces and speeds, and you need to take smaller steps with no side swing. Balance is definitely curtailed. You watch a woman first when she's wearing shoes, and then when she's barefoot; the changes in her gait are very noticeable, imho.
