it's also about the framing, he tries to make people forget that he is at fault of those videos getting leaked by sending him to a person he never meet and didn't know well. He won't be able to blame Lav, MrGirl, DeLaguna or the victims not being perfect for ALL of the girls

Whataboutism is not a good defense when it comes down to an evaluation of what a reasonable person ought to have known might cause harm. To say that "but they did a bad thing too!" is a viable strategy if you want someone to drop the lawsuit because they might be worried about having embarrassing details about themselves dragged in but it is not at all a defense of his individual behavior in context.
