I know when TRS get assblasted about people related to the right-wing, like say Killdozer, they flip out about how he's just an "antisocial maniac" or something along those lines, but as expected, they never look in the mirror.

Jesse especially. I can buy that Mike is a nice enough guy when he interacts with human beings, but I'd bet plenty of people thought Jesse was a jackass dealing with him at Guitar Center. Alex/Borsoy/most of the nobodies are probably quite autistic.

Sven is unironically his own worst enemy. Way way back in the day, when the Sven "no so much" meme was born, people were talking about how much of a douche he was acting and instead of thinking "Hey I don't mean to be a douche, maybe I should try being a bit kinder" he doubled down intentionally on being rude and alienating his audience. In fact, many of the forum shut downs occurred because he didn't like their criticisms and couldn't handle it.

I can handle someone coming across as bad, despite their intentions, reflecting on things and openly stating you'll try to be a bit more understanding of others, but there seems to be the American phenomena of "Fuck yeah I'm an asshole, get used to it!" that just doesn't work when you're running a small business.

There's a difference between being a bad dude that people want to be friends with and intentionally shutting down a web forum because you're having a bad day. Napoleon complexes aren't cool they're petty, and that's what Jesse is, a petty little man.

lolcows are God's gift to us to know what not to do by seeing others royally screw up. There's a saying in the Chris-Chan community that the reason why Chris can be unsettling is that everyone can see a little bit of themselves in Chris at one or two moments in his life. Not the super weird shit mind you, but the more awkward moments such as him using a birthday party to try to get a girl he hasn't seen in awhile to take an interest in him again, or having parents being overbearing to the point of embarrassment and going along with it (usually at 14 and not 26). Hell maybe you worked on a project you thought was good and showed everyone only to find out it was cringe.

Jesse serves that purpose to everyone who ever wants to make a small web business, and that goes double if its media. If you're a belligerent fuck, don't be the frontman, don't want to be the frontman, and just be the number 2 to the public and handle the business behind closed doors.

Jesse should have just been a more elusive Mike Michaud from Channel Awesome. This faceless figure that handles the money and production that barely anyone knew about until the drama spilled out.

I don't know why every one of these guys acts like this on the internet I meant almost all of them in real life and generally they don't act this way besides Mike is a fat fuck in real life just like he's a fat fuck on the internet.
the simple fact of the matter is one of our mutual friends is the epitome of what a who white man should be and they literally had him getting a massive fight between him and Johnny monoxide from what I've been told generally screw all of these people for screwing up people's friendships and being generally God awful human beings.

See the odd thing to me about that, is just how…contemptuous it is of their followers? Like at one level accelerationism is inherently democratic “the system is overturned when the masses discover the truth” but at the same time, there’s an almost sort of pathological hatred for the majority “I want the normies to suffer so much they’ll rise up and die in droves so that I can be carted to power on a palanquin”.

That isn’t even getting into the fact that America is still the wealthiest country on earth and you’d need something like a Haiti style “kill White people” policy AND a total collapse of the economy such that roving bands were robbing houses for bread and water-to get this sort of reaction.

Devon Stack and the TRS crew also know this as well-so it feels like bs to me anyway. They know “the masses” are not going to do this for their lifetimes barring some extraordinary chain of events(like a real pandemic or nuclear war). So encouraging this defeatist cynicism is even more ugly and odious.

Some sort of socialist/brown dominated Chavismo is most likely in the event of a real “the dollar is worthless” scenario tbh. Someone promising freebies, racial justice and expropriating banks and corporations would be thousands of times more popular than any WN militias in such a situation-in basically every sector of society. So in a real revolution/change of regime people like TRS would be shot as “reactionary provocateurs” or something.

(Or they’d flee the country and then blame the American people for not giving them absolute power as they lived off Russian largesse).

Yea he does, and it's good having shows about the politics. The problem for me is that they don't talk about anything anymore. They just construct hypothetical arguments and talk about twitter for a few hours on TDS.


I was interested to hear some denial content recently and checked it out, and they were just airing yet another twitter argument.

A sad thing I saw was someone on BANG asking for them to cover something, but I knew that they wouldn't because they don't really cover events or topics anymore except someone disagreeing with them on twitter.

The show sucks now.

He made sure to emphasize his being White and speculated that he was drunk. He always lets the listener know he's not on anyone's side but his own.

I try and fail to listen every once in a while to see if there is anything worth reporting/clipping but it's sooo boring. Mike goes on long monologues repeating himself from the day before, Mcnabb might as well not be there he contributes NOTHING, and Sven miserably waits for lunch and clockout time.
