That's what I figured. There are cases of true hermaphrodites in the animal kingdom, a true hermaphrodite can produce both types of gamete.
"Intersex" Humans however cannot, which is probably why scientists started preferring the term Intersex to Hermaphrodite which is what they used to be called.
"Intersex" people are still either male or female, there's never been a case of a human that produced fertile gametes of each type.
They're also not Trannies, have nothing to do with Trannies, and it's disgusting how the Gender specials try to hijack their existance to use as a shield to defend themselves from criticism.

Most people hate them precisely because many end up being degenerate and irritating hypocrites who make everything about them, of course not every single one is like that, but it's enough to make them unlikable for the people around.
My biggest recommendation is to just log out and reflect a bit, you don't have to try to defend or fight against it if you don't want to, trust me, it's less exhausting for you and the others around you.

It's not even statistically best for them as other users have pointed out, and a good amount of it is probably from useless medicalization and denial of reality instead of actually facing their problems. Only gay people used to be allowed to transition, so certain organizations would "coach" bi- and heterosexual transvestites on what to say to get a gender dysphoria diagnosis. This practice lived on during the 2010's on Tumblr, until the criteria was lightened severely and things like informed consent were introduced.
