I am not sure what you are saying here, but my starting point for Hyde was the videos he made in his mom's house in the bathroom mirror. Hilarious videos, but he obviously was doing it in part to make his mom angry, and left all that stuff in his videos on purpose, partly because it fit the 'character' he was playing in those mirror sketches, but also because it was funny. Since that was my starting point I never assumed he was some good, moral guy, because anyone who mentally abuses their mom like him is not a good guy. So I never assumed he was some upright dude.
Also, if there was actual PROOF he raped someone or had sex with a minor then obviously that would be a big problem. I just haven't seen proof, and the Marky stuff, while bad, isn't sex with a minor or non-consensual. Is it possible he referenced doing those things in sketches? Sure, I know people considered the 'Ross' sketch (where he talks about getting clothes from Ross and has anal sex with a girl) to be a sort of admission of wrongdoing, and it is possible he just hides crimes under the veneer of comedy. I know people have brought up how all the supposed victims that come out seem to have severe mental issues, and that Hyde might target people like that on purpose so their stories aren't as believable. Also possible. But if you are going to tell me that Hyde definitively raped someone or is a pedo I need some real hard evidence of that.
I'm more likely to believe he is gay based on the number of zoomer boys he hires and has around him than him raping some girl.
