I don't think anybody has doubted that Solo committed a crime by releasing it. Destiny will only get in trouble if he told people they can publish or share it. Publishing with malicious intent is one of the core elements to count as revenge porn. But nobody is getting sued it's probably not possible to link Solo to a real identity, if he was careful. And overall, why would they go to court. The only legal remedy would be a neglectable amount of money. Unless Solo is very rich and wants to avoid a misdemeanor conviction.
