There's been no update in PACER since November 15. Did you have the wrong month in mind? @Useful_Mistake has that shit on high alert and any updates will be posted here basically immediately.

Courtlistener just notes the last time someone accessed the PACER record. Probably UM did it. All the last update means is that the current docket is accurate as of the last time it was actually accessed on PACER.
 
It’s also quite possible for activity to happen on a case that doesn’t appear in PACER (the biggest, of course, being lawyer discussions and discovery).

He is confusing "Last Updated" with "Date of Last Known Filing". The former is the date when someone with RECAP extension checks the docket in his case, and the latter is the date since the last happening.

That's a great point also. It feels like a lot of lolcows are protected by God himself with how much shit they get away with and how things always seem to go their way. Fatrick on the other hand always gets his comeuppance. What's even funnier, that comeuppance is never initiated by the atalker children, it's always a result of one of his own harebrained schemes blowing up in his fat face.
