With regards to the Jeff posts, I would advise everyone to take a quick breather before spitting on a man, however poorly, eulogizing an extremely recently dead friend. Even if he is obliquely sucking himself off in the subtext, it insults your dignity to seethe about something like that. If praising Jeff for enabling him is the best grieving he can do, just leave him to it.

I am holding out hope that, when confronted with the choice of actively opting for a lesser humiliation (pleading guilty to child neglect), or passively doing nothing and suffering a greater humiliation (trial, bodycam footage releasing), Nick's dopamine-fried brain will find it abhorrent to willingly do anything that will hurt his ego, even if it's the better thing to do. But it's pretty unlikely. We'll (hopefully) know the outcome pretty soon.

If it were anyone else I'd disregard it, but Aaron has a certain talent for spilling the truth out of his pockets and stumbling into wins like Mr. Magoo. I'm more inclined to believe him based on superstition alone.
