Due to the location of the trees I believe it more to be Wessels Hall
It could be Hegemen Hall, but not the other two as the rooflines are different (barn style roofs instead of pitched). These are dorms.

The distance between the wings of the dorm isn't that far, about 100 feet between each wing. If he's in the middle, yeah that wall could be ~40-50' away. Can't tell which side he'd be facing. The cobblestone under the pony's head looks like it'd be a round dias thing they're standing on.

Fuck, because we were gonna go through the club lists and class schedules. My friend is very concerned about accidentally accusing the wrong person (such as the person above did with the guy in Virginia). So they want to be 100% sure.

I did a little bit of poking and found this image from a rutgers xitter account but unfortunately the post is gone and I couldn't access a cached page. It does confirm the name of the horse as Ravi and features a curious person in the bottom right. I wonder who that might be.

The horse picture I found in the post above was dated may 2022 so if your mate can search, maybe check the spring 2022 semester if thats possible.

Have searched every single ranch, zoo, farm, petting zoo and horse training center both in Tampa and Sarasota FL. Came up with nothing.

Broadened my search to any place that remotely deals with horses, nothing.

This doesn't have to mean anything. Just letting you know that from photos and google street view that red building isn't visible in any place that deals w horses.

This is late I know, that looks like a school quad not a ranch. They probably had the horse at a school so class or activitie.

Never mind, someone else found the school already. My bad.
