First off, I find it distasteful that he continues to refer to his wife as "Lady Rackets." It's difficult to articulate why, but it implies a level of intimacy between the two of them that by now surely must not exist. Second, why would you sign off a post with your name when your name is at the top of the post? That's double signing, and it's stupid.
