I think it was right after the original DM leaks happened, but before the video leaks. The thread was wondering if Adam would bring it up.
Probably the funniest thing about Destiny trying to pretend to be chill is when Adam Friedland pointed out how mad Norm Finkelstein makes him. Which is true to this day. Destiny is still seething that Norm didn't treat him with the respect that he thinks he deserves and when someone brings it up he gets so mad but he is trying to pretend like he's got a sense of humor about it when he 100 percent does not.
But President Sunday of all people has no business bringing it up. When Sunday is on debate panels he tries to signal so hard that he doesn't care about the debate. He'll pretend to yawn, he'll pretend like he didn't hear a question to give himself more time to think or read his chat's response, etc. Sunday is a way bigger try hard than Destiny is.
It makes me laugh, though, so I'm thinking about buying one of President Sunday's cardigans. I like that banana duck one.
Speaking of merch, I noticed Destiny's store has a bunch of new merch available. He still hasn't taken any of my ideas.

I totally believe this, I even think he asks his hosts to angle the camera so his patch is not visible. He is clearly bothered by this.
He is really stressed lately, constantly twitching, his jaw movement increased, he gets triggered easily, he can't read the room. I think he has been double(maybe triple) dosing his meth, possibly even mixing it with something.

There is absolutely NO shot he can study and understand all those books in just five years. Zero chance. Not only they're a difficult read but he needs to read the biographies, become very familiar with the historic and cultural context and also read secondary sources for each of those. There's no way around it no matter how smart you are. Not to mention he also needs to learn german for being and time and some ancient greek at the very least.
Also the number of pages/books has nothing to do with how long it takes to finish. Just as an example naming and necessity by kripke is often studied at university in a separate course for a whole year and is "only" 200 pages. Or a "chapter" from aristotles metaphysics in a semester, or a plato dialogue and so on.
No university students read all those books start to finish. Statements like "only 10 books of philosophy 101 lmfao he's so dumb haha" is brainrot mouth breathing bimbo logic that seeks to impress for some validation points.
