If you're going to bitch about the police and their practices and behaviors, that's one thing. Institutions are allowed to be criticized, enforcers of the law included. If you're going to outright request they lose funding, that's something different in my opinion. It preaches abolishment and removal, not fixing of issues you might have with them. But then again, I'm just a clown and was raised in a circus. I still have such a small world view!

Same reason they told him he couldn't pull troops out of Syria or get rid of the Dreamers. The "it was her turn you aren't really president you just somehow won an election" theory. You see, it's a well known constitutional theory that the founding fathers could never have anticipated the Democrats (or at least the Uniparty) ever having actually lost an election, so the laws and plenary powers were clearly never designed with a political outsider in mind.
