Since I guess I'm a quasi-BBN defender here, I'll just say I think that thinking that tweet was deleted was a relatively minor mistake.

The bigger issue here is April's tweet itself. Deleted or not, it's not fake, we all agree it's real, and it's absolutely insane.

Still there. Thanks for this clarification, too. I remembered her being more direct about just HER AND NICK. The one referenced seemed too vague. "Two of us" rang a bell of their weirdness.

So Kayla is the actual mother to these children. April is some....side piece? or something I would normally say homewrecker but Nick seems to be the one homewrecking. And April believes she is helping Nick and Kayla's kid by tweeting like a 13 year old to own the alogs?

Has anyone advised them to log off? More importantly...should the court add a social media restriction to these people for the sake of the kids?

That's the most amazing thing about all of this. They can't just walk away from Twitter and Social Media. The best thing they could do for themselves would be to delete the app. Just stop engaging with the parasocial retards. Stop being the parasocial retards. But they can't do that. They cannot stop performing for an audience. They are the modern day Village Idiots.

They can't really. They could make it (or pretty much anything not itself illegal) in a plea offer, but he'd have to accept it. Depending how the case goes that could mean giving them the choice of taking that offer or enjoying prison, but the latter is (probably) not on the table.

Agree. I have some sympathy for BBN bc the tweet in question happened within a deluge of other crazy happenings including an edited tweet she made throwing shade at Kayla, Nick (and April) sperging in Melton's chat, and hearings.

Here's just a taste of what was happening a month ago:

The only reason that tweet matters is that Nick seems VERY concerned with the implication that April talked to his kids. He was also VERY upset that Keanu went on blast about April being in the second home. That may be problematic for his legal cases, or it's just his pathetic effort to manage his PR.

To the degree that someone can autistically monitor her tweets, edits, and deletions from behind her protected account... it may be worth documenting.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong but didn't Nick share them with Aaron first? If so then surely he would have to be charged also, she can't just say that Nick sharing the images was alright but then the next guy passing them on isn't, especially in such a weird situation as a polycule?

I get it that the archive websites won't play nice with her account even if you're a follower, but would there be any easy way to just scroll down through her tweets & replies page enough for all of her posts from November 8th through November 10th to display, then print it all to a single PDF, export to a single HTML, copy/paste to a single Word file, or the like? With that much I wouldn't mind going through it to pin down whatever was lost to the one actual deletion proven by @Third World Aristocrat's screencap back at that time:

With that much we know at least the following:

  1. April's deleted tweet was originally posted earlier than BBN's reply tweet at 11:55 P.M. GMT on November 10th.
  2. April's deleted tweet would have been posted roughly later than when her first overall tweetstorm began at 11:23 A.M. GMT on November 8th, cutting off a roughly 60-hour window to search.
  3. At the time of BBN's reply tweet at 11:55 P.M. GMT on November 10th, April's tweet was still visible enough for BBN to see fit to reply to it.
  4. By the time @Third World Aristocrat archived BBN's tweet at 12:34:50 A.M. GMT on November 11th, April had already deleted her tweet, leaving a roughly 39-minute window in which the deletion occurred.
  5. Whatever her deleted tweet said, the general topic must have pertained to April's role in wrecking Nick and Kayla's marriage enough for BBN to have considered his comment and @Third World Aristocrat 's video an on-point response, such as if she talked shit about Kayla much more harshly than the usual catty throwing shade already seen in many undeleted tweets.
Fortunately @Balldo's Gate bulk-archived her entire tweets & replies page meticulously since there were getting to be too many tweets to archive individually, so it should be easy enough to cross-reference those bulk archives against a complete archive made today of all still-undeleted tweets and replies from November 8th through November 10th, to parse out which archived ones are now missing. Here are all the archive links and their update times for convenient reference:
