I guess the Russian bases will not be targeted then? Sounds like the 'other participant' was Turkey IMO.

My feelings towards this are rather like my feelings towards Iraq. Nothing good was going to happen under Saddam and while the overthrow may bring about something much, MUCH worse it at least opens up the possibility of positive change. For the sake of of the civilians living there lets hope this is Vietnam rather then a Iraq type of situation where things do eventually get better.

Also boy, oh boy are the Iranians/Russians fucked. Supply routes for Lebanon closed, logistics base for African operations gone. The access of resistance didn't do much resisting did it?

That was fast, I guess with Russia's troops and resources tied up in Ukraine, Assad wasn't able to sustain his regime any longer.

OK Europe, your turn to send all the rapefugees back ( :optimistic: , I know) .

Rebels winning is usually not good in those regions.

Would this be the same "rebels" as the NGO White Helmets who decapitated a small boy and threw him in the back of a truck like a piece of meat?

Syrian girl is a piece of shit by the way. She uses dead children footage as a way to spread her propaganda.

Fuck Syrian Girl.

scum like that have been using images of victims of Assadist crimes in Aleppo and other cities as atrocity propaganda for Gaza while they call the people Assad bombed all terrorists, they are completely heartless ghouls

Current narrative in shill circles is that this was a 5D chess move by russia to trade Syria for Ukraine as per some sekrit backroom deal and is thus a sad but necessary sacrifice for the multipolar world order

Unless you can provide at least two sources for this, fuck off with the strawmanning.

Edit: just plz don't tell me it's that Korobochka Twitter account, that retard needs to stfu.

What other conclusion can be drawn? We don't know the terms but a deal seems most likely. Bloody decade-long civil war just up and ends as the winning side quietly surrenders to the losing side? And the Russian presence just vanishes peacefully? Syrian rebel leader was on the terrorist most-wanted list yesterday is now giving interviews about the power of diversity?

how could assads strong and loyal allies let this happen?
i guess russia was too busy throwing all its shit into ukraine, and iran was too busy sperging out at the jews lol
