The one exception I can think of is if you want to put together an entire wardrobe of bespoke clothes, where going to Hong Kong and hiring a tailor to make a bunch of suits actually is cost effective.

While it's legal to smoke weed in Canada, it's still illegal to smoke it outside except in some Provinces like Quebec where you can smoke it anywhere you can smoke a cigarette just showcasing how terrible the province is. I prefer Provinces that banned public smoking. Can't stand the smell of that shit. Should have kept it illegal but Trudeau didn't want to get arrested for weed.
